I am a graduate of the Advanced Teacher Training Program with, The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. I was offered this training through, Kalijo Pilates on the Sunshine Coast.. As part of that certification, I completed over 1000 hours of apprenticeship in the Classical Pilates method.
My teaching experience includes my time at Kalijo, at Hollyburn Country Club in West Vancouver and through private classes via zoom.
